Dr. Janneke Rood
After obtaining her medical degree in 2009 from the VU University Amsterdam, Janneke Rood started working as a resident Internal Medicine in Alkmaar. Also in 2010 she began her training as an internist at the Medical Center Alkmaar. During her internship she investigated the information needs of patients with a hematological malignancy. This research took place in VU University Medical Center and the Medical Center Alkmaar. Methods in this project included surveys and interviews.
She defended her PhD thesis on September 11, 2017
